When we know ourselves better, we can stop the confusion and the overwhelm. We can stop living in anxiety and doubt. We can start taking charge of our life, our health, our eating habits and our relationships, especially the one we have with ourselves. We can start feeling great at work, at play and show up in the world the way we were meant to. Whole. It is a journey, not a destination. It is a process of change that is forever evolving. That is the beauty of learning, growing and living. We keep going. The Path For Life programs are all about the journey. The journey home to you. My name is Jeanette Bronée and I will be your guide. I don't have the answers for what works for you, but I will help you find yours.

The kind of stuff we wonder about when we are about to start something new.

  • Will I be able to work?

    Yes you will. You might have a couple fo days where you are more irritable or moody. You might feel a bit more tired and foggy. And then it turns around and you have even more energy, better mood, and more clarity. It can take about 3-5 days before you start feeling things turn around.

  • Can I work out or will I be too weak?

    Yes you can work out because you will be eating food and get plenty of nutrients. However, sometimes it is also nice to do something more introspective such as yoga or just simply stretching and some nice long walks. Sauna and massages are great too for getting circulations in your body.

  • Will I be hungry?

    The point isn't to be hungry or starve yourselves. This is not a fast. It is cleaning up your body and some habits.

  • Will I lose weight?

    Every body is different and some lose more weight than others, however most people lose some weight when they start eating better. It all depends on how much you change your choices. The better and more clean you eat, the more your body will lower inflammation, lower hunger and increase your metabolism. When we get rid of toxins, create a good routine and rhythm, our bodies start becoming used to feeling better and working better too. The better our bodies work, the more we are in balance with our natural weight.
