I will show you how to learn.

    I know how you feel, because that is what most people feel like these days, and we don't have to. We think that is life, but it is just life without good self-care. We can change that. It starts with learning how to listen better to ourselves. We are not designed to go-go-go all the time. We need time to recover and restore. However we are not supposed to burn out first, we can do it as part of our every day life. I will teach you.

  • IS IT HARD?

    It is never easy to come out of your comfort zone and do something new, however since the whole idea is to feel better, you have something to look forward to. The hardest part is to become aware of and let go of some of the self-soothing habits, that are totally automatic. After the first week, you will start to feel the difference and 1/2 way through you start feeling your light shining more brightly. We love progress right? That is what keeps you going.
